Winter league February & March 2009
		Winter league with a new format!
		Welcome 64 Players to the Winter League. (Especially the 14 debutants)
		The Club Committee supports the Winter League and you have priority on the Court at your designated time only. Members, please respect this.
		Each Division has been allocated an evening/ day when all 8 players can be on court.
		All your games are on the same day/time each week. (Easy to schedule/ remember!)
		With 64 players we cannot accommodate everyone and we apologise if you have been given an inconvenient time, We would encourage players to play on the designated time. There should be a bit of craic if the 8 players in a division are on court at the same time.
		You are free to play your opponents at any time in the week; you have their contact details;. arrange your own games; note however, you are not guaranteed a court.
		I would ask all members to seek a sponsor for this League who will be mentioned in press coverage, notice board, etc. £200 to £300 would be the target.
		1. Games should be played over 3 Sets unless mutually agreed in advance.
		2. A win scores 3pts, a loss scores 1pt. (to encourage games to be played). To score games must be played before 10pm Sunday.
		3. We have facilitated this league; we envisage that this League should now run itself with limited input from the Committee; really, all you have to do is play and email your result.
		4. There are limited places and you should fulfil your fixtures (to be fair to those excluded and to your league rivals who want games).
